e-TOLL system

According to the announcement, the second half of September is the time of planned implementation of the service, after receiving approval from the Head of National Fiscal Administration for connecting the ICT system and Arcus devices to e-TOLL.
Our GPS devices have passed integration tests, meeting all technical requirements.

The e-TOLL system is used for toll collection for heavy vehicles (above 3.5 tonnes) on toll national roads and toll sections of Konin-Stryków (A2) and Wrocław-Sośnica (A4) freeways for heavy and light vehicles. The system is based on the technology of determining the user's position using satellite positioning with the application of virtual gantries. The data system administrator is the Head of the National Fiscal Administration (KAS). As of July 1, there is a transition period for carriers. This means that two systems operate simultaneously - viaTOLL and the new e-TOLL. The e-TOLL system will replace viaTOLL on 30 September 2021.

ADDITIONAL: Tax credit
Effective June 29, 2021, the e-TOLL credit is effective for income tax purposes. The credit is related to expenses for equipping vehicles with e-TOLL toll collection devices.
